| Directions:/ Mode D'emploi: |
To each 100 lbs of icing sugar, blend 2 - 4lbs of Powdered Icing Base. Then add 30 lbs of water and bring to a boil to activate the agar-agar. Apply the finished icing while hot 125°F (52°C). When the icing cools down, reheat before use or add to a new batch. DO NOT USE WATER TO THIN.
